Found this site when setting up Gnome for the first time. Really love how you just drag the theme from the website and drop it onto the theme manager to install it.
My Current fav Window Border is Clearlooks With a Cherry on Top with the Unofficial Tango Icon theme. With the new version of Gnome (2.16) they are moving more to the Tango icon set which is great. The icons just look great.
