This movie has been out for a month, but I just found it. It's a really cool demo of how positional technologies like the Wiimote can help provide very immersive environments through a flat screen.
I was quite impressed when he started up the demo.
After returning my Dell M1330 last year I have been cautiously shopping for a new laptop. Macworld 08 has always been on my mind, because I am always wondering what they might announce this year that will make my purchase look like a piece of junk.
After seeing some new photos of the Moscone Center and new banners I am starting to think the rumors of an ultra portable Macbook with WiMax are looking more accurate.
"There's Something in the Air" seems to imply a "new" WiFi technology, and the new laptop seems to fit the bill pretty well.
Anyway, I am looking forward to the keynote and to see what Steve has up his sleeve.
Recently I have been moving away from electronic music, and have been listening to more rock based music. This is mostly due the lack of good original electronic music releases over the past few years.
However after hearing a Poney by Vitalic on a YouTube video I decided to pick up the whole album, and was glad that I did.
OK Cowboy by Vitalic contains some of the best electronic music I have heard in a long time, and I have listened to the whole album several times since buying it.
Poney (Part 1), Wooo, Trashion, and The Past are my favorite tracks. The others are still good, but these four tracks make the album a good buy. These days if I get three good tracks from an album I am pretty happy.
